250,000 yen, which includes the following:

-dorm accommodation

-field trip admission

-workshops

-lectures
-some group meals
 

Participants are responsible for the following:

-daily meals

-international travel

-transportation to/from the airport

-travel/health insurance

-any other personal expenses

1) Access the application form using the link below

2) Fill out and submit by Sunday, April 12, 23:59 JST (We will be unable to accept applications submitted after this date and time)

3) Application screening

4) Announcement of application results by email：Wednesday, April 15

5) Payment Deadline*; Confirmation of participation：Friday, April 24, 23:59 JST

6) Letter of Official Confirmation issued on Monday, April 27

*Payment must be made through Flywire, an online international payment system. Full payment must be received by Friday, April 24, 23:59 JST, or the application will be cancelled.

Once program fees have been paid, cancellation requests must be received via email. The following conditions will apply to cancellations:

Cancellation by May 10: 50% refund (minus bank transfer fee)
Cancellation between May 11 and May 17: 20% refund
Cancellation on or after May 18: 0% refund

Applicants are responsible for any bank transfer fees associated with their refund.
