The Student Union supports autonomous student activities and allows the voice of every student in the University to be heard. Its governing body and members are elected by all SEIKA students, and it holds general meetings several times a year. Information from the Student Union is posted on bulletin boards located in the vicinity of the Yuyu-kan.
When new cultural and sports groups are formed, they become authorized upon applying to the Student Association. Depending on the content of their activities, how many years they have existed, and the number their members, they can upgrade their status in the following order: Circle, Society, or Club. All Clubs and Societies are eligible for financial support from the Student Union’s budget.
