Enrollment Procedures

Graduates from Kyoto Seika University or Students Currently Enrolled [including International Students]

Please pay the fees due at the time of enrollment all together by the Secondary Procedure Deadlilne, as noted above.
However, students currently enrolled at Kyoto Seika University should be sure to submit their Graduate School Enrollment Fees Special Measures Application by 18:00 of the above date, as enclosed in their notice of acceptance, after which they are required to pay 10% of the regular fees at the time of enrollment by the deadline of the second period, and with the remaining fees being due by the deadline for first semester tuition fees in 2017.

Other than the Above

Please pay the fees due at the time of enrollment either all together (1) or in two stages (2).

  1. Payment together

    Please pay all the enrollment fees by the Primary Procedure deadline.

  2. Payment in Two Stages
    • ・Please pay the enrollment fees by the Primary Procedure Deadlilne and the remaining amount of the fees due at the time of enrollment by the Secondary Procedure Deadlilne.
    • ・In the case of not performing the primary procedure, the secondary procedure cannot be performed.
    • ・Enrollment fees cannot be returned once they have been paid.

Enrollment Process Precautions

  1. Successful applicants should strictly adhere to the procedure deadlines and should pay the fees due at the time of enrollment as prescribed by the University. Please be aware that if enrollment procedures are not completed by the dates designated by the University, then it will be treated as declining admission to the University.
  2. The University will send the necessary documents for enrollment along with notices of acceptance directly by mail to the applicant.
  3. Once enrollment documents and payment (enrollment fees) have been received, they cannot be returned.
  4. Please note the University cannot accept applications in the case of not all necessary documentation being provided, and applicants should confirm this adequately when they submit their documentation.
  5. Those who submitted a certificate of expected graduation at the time of application are required to provide a certificate of graduation upon enrollment. In case of not providing it, the university will cancel the admission.

Return of Enrollment Fees

In the case of applicants declining their admission to the University due to wishing to enroll at a different institution, and requesting the return of paid fees, a Payment Refund Application Form (provided to successful applicants) should be completed and submitted by March 31st (Fri.), 2017. (In the case of submission by mail, It must arrive by March 31st, until 17:00. In the case of direct submission in person, the deadline for submission is March 31st, until 17:00.) Fees other than the enrollment fees (application fees) will be returned. However, if the Form is submitted after the deadline then no refund will be given.
