The International
Office, assisting exchange and research students, facilitating
overseas short programs and incoming Japanese language intensives
and other group programs, has moved to the 4th floor of the new
Administration Building.
Responsibility for overseas undergraduate
students (ryugakusei) has been transferred to the Student
Affairs Office (Gakuseika) located on the first floor of this building.
Accommodation
is provided for visiting groups (up
to
18 people)
in the Doho-kan (International
House), located on the southeast side of campus, close by Kino
village.

In 2009 we had 6 overseas research students (kenkyusei) at KSU.
Overseas Programs:
In August 2009 we sent out students on summer programs to Ireland,
Korea, France, China, Germany, New Zealand, Mali, Thailand, and
the USA.
Inbound Programs:
In 2009 we hosted a
group from University of California: Davis (Japanese language
intensive) from April-June ; a group from Bard College, New
York in June-July; and a group from Wimbledon College of Art
and Central St. Martins, London, in September-October.
