Creating
diversity of forms in three-dimensional expression
These
days, many types of 3D art forms are produced, not all of which fit traditional
definitions of “sculpture.” KSU accepted a much wider definition
well in advance of other Japanese art schools. In our sculpture course,
students learn various techniques and procedures through experimenting
with a range of materials and developing keen spatial and environmental
awareness. Gaining mastery of diverse materials they become free to realize
the sculptural works that they envisage. The program enhances both productivity
and creative thinking.
